Hey there! I'm Shannon a Registered Dietitian who helps people reimagine their relationship with food, cooking, and baking. I call it Benevolently Delicious.
As someone who struggled for years with my own relationship with food, becoming a dietitian was a way for me to learn food and nutrition and develop a deeper understanding about my own concerns. Throughout my work with patients and my own lived experience, I learned about the important role of a person's relationship with food plays in everyday life.
I created this space as a place where people can explore food and cooking without judgement and diet talk. Somewhere to highlight to pleasure and joy of food with a sense of community.
Food is essential to life's experience so I hope you enjoy the experience.
Welcome!
